First time with GP at work. Recordung session with the Oslo Philharmonic orchestra, where i normally ålay double bass in the section. Today its bass guitar though, using helix native in Gig performer. RME UCX interface. Works great! Sending the bass out on one channel, recieving a stereo mix without bass on a stereo channel then setting up my own mix in Total mix. Excellent setup!

No, im simply using gp as an amp/cab sim and effects processor. As well as my monotor mixer. Today was a live recording of the orchestra, i plugged my bass, used helix native for signsl processing and sent my bass signal out to the recorder. Worked like a charm, no hiccups.

Have you tried Jam Origin’s MIDI Bass (a license for it comes with a MIDI Guitar 2 purchase)?
The banana was obv for the drummer tied up in his cage…
