Windows Developer Drive

I’ve just read about the Developer Drive for Windows which offers a 25% speed increase.
This is a separate partition on a SSD. I have a 2 TB SSD in my Surface Pro 9, and was wondering if this would work for storing and loading GP files of ordinary users like myself?

Although Microsoft has made a lot of efforts to design ReFS, and ReFS also has functions that NTFS does not have, it still has many shortcomings that need to be improved, and it cannot be a perfect substitute for NTFS for the time being.
