Set list issue

Getting to grips now with GP and loving its capabilities. However, i do seem to have a strange issue regarding set lists - one one laptop only!
I have 3 set lists created for different bands and approx 56 rack spaces all contained in 1 gig file.
When loading the gig file, the set lists are missing and the song list is blank in the set list page. The rack spaces list is still available and ‘unlocking’ the rackspace then displays the songs in that set list - but only that set list - the other 2 set lists are still not visible! Loading the gig file on my backup laptop has no issue at all! Strange caching isssue?
Apologies if this sounds a little strange/confusing but it’s been baffling me now for days :frowning:
Any help on this would be appreciated.

Both machines run the same Gig Performer Version?

Step 1 - Initial load of gig file:


Step 2 - Clicked unlock and the songs appear - but no set lists:

Step 3 - all rack spaces appear for the songs in the missing set list:

Step 4 - import the songs from the missing set list - message states songs already exist:

Just a test:
When you see the songs, please select the first song and save the gig,
Then restart gig performer and load the gig.

Ok, what view is selected when you open the gig file?

Are the options set the same way on both machines?

Yes, settings on both machines are identical and are set to open on song view. I had only recently tried changing the view to ‘Setlist’ because of this issue as originally was happening on the ‘Panels’ view.

Can you upload the gig file, I could check on my machine?

OK, just loaded, all is fine.
How is the setting of predictive load?

Interesting. It’s fine on one laptop but not the other. Predictive load is disabled on both laptops.

What Version of Gig Performer are you using?

Yes, Windows OS laptops - sorry, should have stated that earlier.
GP Version 4.5.8.

So when you load in Panels view, you see all rackspaces?
And then you switch to SetList Mode then the songs do not show?

Exactly - yes.

What happens when you resize the main GP Window with the mouse?
Is it redrawn?

Maybe a try:

completely uninstall GP on your problematic Laptop.
Do not forget to deactivate your license before deinstall.
