Scripting errors compounding. I'm not a scripter, need help!

I have downloaded a rackpace someone created for Helix Native here [Gig] Line6 Helix Native - 8 Snapshots. Now the scripting has broken and I am getting this long list of errors. I don’t know anything about scripting! The gig script is empty, I have tried to clear the rackspace scripts, selecting and deleting (but they come back after reopening the gig). The problem seems to be compounding. Could somebody please help me with this?
Here’s the script log errors I am seeing:

Obviously, it can’t find the Line 6 NATIVE plugin. But I deleted the panels with the widgets for NATIVE before removing the plugin. Saw no errors at the time. I then added new panels and added widgets configuring a new panel from scratch (though the rackspace has other panels that I use in most of my racks). Duplicated that rackspace to create new sounds, etc. It wasn’t until I reopened the gig file that I saw all of these scrip errors.

Don’t want to lose the work I did. Need to remove the scrips…help!

This indicates a missing Handle.
Scripting does not find the plugin with the GP Script Handle “NATIVE”

To clear a local rackspace script, it’s not enough to just delete the code - after you cleared the local script code window, you’d have to press the “Compile” button.
If there is no code left to compile you will get a message that says
“No code to compile, but the answer is still 42!”
This means that you sucsessfully removed any code.

You’ll will have to do this with all the local rackspaces separately!
You must save the gig file after doing this to make the changes permanent!

Thank you @schamass! I did try this - clearing the script, pressing compile and received that very message. When I reopened the gig, the script had returned. Perhaps I didn’t save the gig.

I will try again - step through every rackspace, clear the scripting, press compile and save the gig file. Will report back.
