Parallel FX Guitar Rig

Gig Performer family, I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and a wonderful start to 2026. I wanted to take a few minutes to share a guitar rig idea I’ve been working on and I’ve built a rig that satisfies my itch for guitar fx and seemless switching between sounds.

I have built this rig around TH-U Overloud, based on their Blackstar amp. In my global rackspace I am running multiple instances of the Deelay plugin (You’ll see why shortly) and running multiple reverbs-more specifically a spring reverb, room reverb, hall reverb, and shimmer reverb.

The first three reverbs are using TH-U fx, and the shimmer is Eventide’s Shimmerverb. I am using a mixer to control levels of the reverb, then I bind the volumes to 3 widgets, and group them into a widget link so I can control the space with my expression pedal.

As for the delay fx, I am running different instances of the plugin so that I have instant switching between MS, normal, dotted, and triplet time divisions. And I have knobs that control further the time syncs for each time division.

I radio group the buttons that say MS, NRM, DOT, and Triplet and the switches actually mute the delays inside a different mixer. I route that audio to my final mixer before going into master eq, and limiter. I then route audio from all the outputs into a gain and balance and send it back into the reverb swell so that I can have delays that are clean, while also sending it to reverbs. I can have my cake and eat it too 😆

Below are the screenshots for wiring and panels. The sky is truly the limit with Gig Performer 🙂

One last thing, there are other rackspaces that I haven’t fully completed, it’s just vox and one rackspace with Mesa Boogie so please forgive me.
