I was surprised not to see this functionality here.

I’m surprised not to see a ton of functionality in MainStage that we have in Gig Performer

Joking aside, we tend not to implement plugins that are easily available elsewhere and prefer to focus on managing your plugin environment for performance.

I use Obelisk myself though it does cost a few dollars.

I don’t really know anything about ChordZ although I think it’s Windows only.

Well exactly!

Since the hard(?) part, multi mapping, is already present in Chord Maker, I’ll keep my fingers crossed that single mapping is an easy win for a future development. Obelisk looks good but £20 I can’t really justify.

Is it the case that GP5 chord maker can’t act as a harmonizer (i.e. lets you trigger [some user-defined cluster of notes, e.g. a perfect 5th], transposed and assigned to all [88] notes of your controller)… without mapping each note manually?

For transpose 5th you can use the MIDI Tranposer plugin, not need to map in MIDI Chord Maker
