I’m not following. What do you want started - the global playhead? Do you want to send a midi message?
Yes, the global play head because I’m using backingtracks.
You can map a button on your keyboard to the global play/stop directly (via GP Options window > Global MIDI) or using a widget and the System Actions plugin.
There is currently no way to activate the global play/stop from the extension window.
I’ve released an update that resolves a few issues:
- Fix: ChordPro files not loading if the file name includes non-ascii characters
- Fix: Crash when adding more than 10 setlists
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you
Hi,
I have moved the .dll to the “GigPerformer/Extension” folder, but it dosnt show up if I open “Extesion” in GP. “Open Extensions Folder” opens nothing… its my first extension, what do I wrong?
Edit: I use GP5 on windows…
Thanks
Flodder
I believe by default it will look in C:\Users\Public\Documents\Gig Performer\Extensions
Actualy the default setting was:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Gig Performer
But i set it to:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Gig Performer\Extensions
But the *.dll will not show up, I do not know why.
I eaven reinstalled / repaired GP5…
Any idea?
Thanks
Flodder
Can you post a screenshot of Windows Explorer showing the file and folder path?
I will do this afternoon, I am currently in the office.
Thanks
It works OK on my Windows 11.
I got this prompt and I use it normally afterwards.
(Location: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Gig Performer\Extensions )
Added an issue to the Lyrics/Chords tracker regarding edit of chord definitions…
This looks more like your personal document folder “C:\Users\Flodder\Documents.…” than “C:\Users\Public\Documents.…”
…that was my mistake, as usual…
Thanks!
Thanks @rank13
Perfect work! Thanks a lot!
One question,
I do not see/ have the Font size and Transponation icon visible.?
Please create a screenshot of what you see.
They will only appear if it has successfully displayed a ChordPro file.
