I moved the last postings, that were about the idea of a separate controller box, to a new topic… i think this better would be discussed separately.
Please continue the discusssion concerning building a controller in this thread:
If there only was a separate wheel-box on the market, but there obviously isn’t such a device.
I really thought about building something like this by myself… there are ready-to-use controller boards from Doepfer and some other makers and i just saw that there are wheel-sets available from Fatar.
I just check availability and price for that by Doepfer : 150€ for the mod wheel controller (for up to 4 pitchbend or mod wheel) + 15€ per pitchbend/mod wheel. This of course without housing, which …
Thank you for your understanding.

I think it would be better for you to ask this on the dedicated Keylab topic below. The contributors of the original script will be the best ones to help.
I’m not the author of this script, but since it was buried deep in a thread, I thought I could post it here so it could help others, like it helped me. I only tweaked it so it could display the current song name (if in setlist mode) and the rackspace name on the LCD screen of the Keylab. You can of course create your own display logic by modifying the strings fed to the KeylabLCD function on line 74.
It has been tested with the Keylab Essential and the Keylab MkII.

I moved the postings over to the according thread in the “User Scripts” sub forum - that’s indeed a better place to discuss this topic. Please continue the discussion there:
