I think your controller is the cause.
No problem when I play on midi piano controller buy yes, with midi guitar.
However, this does not happen with the same standalone apps in windows 10
maybe in standalone the apps are playing mono?
Try running a stand-alone midi monitor, eg MIDIView - Free MIDI Monitor tool for Win & Mac
and see if notes are missing when you send from your device
No, I play a hammond organ with chords.
I looked through your rackspaces and i found at least one cause for your hanging notes:
You MIDI-learned your widget with a NOTE-OFF⌠donât do that!
Every MIDI mesage that is bound to a widget, will be consumed by that connection and wonât be forwarded to the plugin!
The other way, if youâd learned the widget with a NOTE-ON, you wouldnât hear that note getting played.
If you have to use notes for that purpose, you better should choose note values which you wonât play wit your keyboard, so to say very high or very low notes.
