Changing triton vst patches on global rackspace

GP newbie here. I have triton vst loaded on global rackspace, and want to change triton patches from the local rack space. I see that the midi out blocks have program change parameters, but I don’t know where to connect the block, or how to set the msb lsb settings for the triton.
