AH SQ6 Midi Control via USB B anyone?

Change the code as I stated in my previous post

if this is now correct - it still behaves as bevore

Without a sq6 it is difficult to develop
Did you setup the sq6 to react on midi channel 1?

here it is

I’m not sure if SQ6 recognizes NRPN using the MIDI port. It might only recognize these over TCPIP raw MIDI. You may have to run this through Allen & Heath DAW or similar. For me, I use BomeBox which support A&H Network MIDI for dLive, SQ, QU an CQ. I also use Bome MIDI Translator Pro to convert from simpler MIDI messages to NRPN messages.

Unfortunately, I also do not have a SQ6 to test with but I have provided Bome MIDI Translator projects to musicians that do and they tell me they work fine.

I suggest you reach out to Allen&Heath to find if these commands are recognized via the USB MIDI port too or just network MIDI.

OK, take a stroll over to the Bome Forum then.

Good day community, after stressing Pianopaul with my poor programming skills, I finally got the desired result - what can I say, it works great! About me - I’m 62 years old, not completely inexperienced technically and have been making music since I was 4 years old, I’ve been using GP for about 1/2 year now and use GP as an audio player and recorder every weekend in a live club as an FOH technician - everything works perfectly, and no recording has gone wrong. I can neither confirm nor understand criticism of GP as in one of the last posts… The problem is often sitting in front of the screen - not excluding me, as Pianopaul has painfully experienced - so once again my express thanks, there is rarely such excellent support as in the GP community
Best regards and keep up the good work!
I’ll attach the result later today.
