Windows ASIO vs Mac OSX Core Audio And Gig Performer's role

So I’m running on Windows 10. My soundcard wise, Behringer UPHORIA UMC204HD (great and low cost) also a fan of the Roland/Boss hexaphonic world using a BossGP-10. I may be adding a portable recorder soon.
All 3 devices are/would be seen as a separate soundcard in PC/Ableton.
If I get GigPerformer, will GigPerformer act like the Mac Core Audio insofar as combining/morphing all soundcards into a custom-nameable virtual soundcard with selectable ins and outs? Thx

If this means a big “aggregate device”, the feature on macOS, this is possible on Windows using ASIO4ALL (which is not the best solution, unfortunately).

I was wondering if GigPerformer would act as a ASIO4ALL kind of driver.

Gig Performer is not a driver.

But, depending on your use case, there are ways to route audio between different apps, GP instances or audio interfaces.
