Win 10 Update 2004 build

I’m told by support the Blue3 plugin used to have this problem but it should be resolved now. Cherry Audio recommends deregister and re-register but did not confirm an issue.

I am interested in how you did the above. I just updated by mistake. I turned wifi on to activate a pluggin and Windows got away on me . I had updates turned off and had reached the 5 week limit. So away it went and installed about 30 items. Result was a very sluggish PC. I found a Macrium image made about three months ago, and after applying that am back to normal. And have wifi turned off

So back to the quote at the start - what is the way to completely disable updates in Win 11?

I can’t remember what I’m using for Windows 11 (this tool above is abandonware), but it is also a small tool that disables updates completely.
