It only happens when switching rigs. What midi channel are you transmitting on? @David-san had a theory that perhaps its related to it not being on CH1.
I’m on Ch 1. It’s a very basic set up with just one keyboard and a Scarlett.
For me it’s not a rig manager issue, it appeared to be random.
It seems fine at the moment - can’t currently replicate the issue.
