Widget Knob Value Align

Whats the trick to get Knob values to align with the widget?
In this example, the “low” knob is turned half (12 o clock)yet the widget value is not 50%.

One Solution:

" try switching off Invert and instead just swap the values for Min and Max"

The problem is with that control (actually all the EQ controls) in that particular plugin. It has a strange movement and scale in the UI that is not the same as the widget movement and scale.
