Yep, great to have that option. I just opted to create the same files paths when I set up the new laptop.
That’s a great tip. Many people are unaware of symbolic links, and they are available in both Mac and Windows OS’s (and others). Very handy. There can be good reasons why plugins and samples can’t be placed in the same location on different machines. This solves that problem.
