VSL surround plugs don't appear

Hello

I haven’t used Gig Performer for a while and am trying out the trial of the latest version.

I’m struggling with trying to get VSL surround plugs to appear, specifically the surround Power Pan. Apparently they only appear in a “surround project” but there doesn’t seem to be any such thing in Gig Performer. I’d be grateful if someone could point me to the part of the manual that explains what I’m doing wrong.

BTW this is one reason why I’m not using Mainstage. No surround support.

Thanks for any help

Please provide the link to that (those) plugins?

So the issue is, Gig Performer doesn’t recognize these plugins?

Thanks for the reply. Here is a link:

It’s also the case that if add one of the stereo plugs and then remove it, Gig Performer crashes.

Yes the issue is that the surround Power Pan plug doesn’t even show up in Gig Performer. It does in Cubase.

If the plugin doesn’t show up in Gig Performer, then you need to locate that plugin and add the correct path to that plugin in the Plugin Manager.

If the plugin crash, you should raise a support ticket at VSL. You can also tell in the ticket that we will give them an NFR license for developers to test fix the issue in their plugin.

I wanted to demo that plugin, but here’s the thing:

I’ve just checked the plugin path, and it seems all the VSL plugs I want “failed”. Will raise this with VSL
