Variations not storing different Neural DSP presets (preset changes affect all variations)DSP Archetype

Hi,

I’m using Gig Performer (latest version) with one rackspace that contains a single instance of Neural DSP Archetype Tim Henson.

Inside this rackspace I created two variations:

  • Variation 1 → Clean 1 (Easily)

  • Variation 2 → Clean 2 (Zephyr)

Expected behavior:
Each variation should store a different plugin preset.

What I do:

  1. Go to Variation 1
    Load preset “RHCP – Easily”

  2. Switch to Variation 2
    Load preset “RHCP – Zephyr Song”

Problem:
When I switch back to Variation 1, it now also shows “Zephyr Song”.
Preset changes affect all variations.

Is it even possible to do it in this way or multiple same plugins need to be uploaded?

Variations cannot store any plugin values directly. They only can store and recall the state of the widgets you use on your panel.
No widgets - nothing to do.

Use multiple rackspaces - the complete state of a plugin is stored with a rackspace - not with variations. Variations just store widget values (typically mapped to plugin parameters)
