Check the setting on effects (delay)?
I had a look at it again and - while 2 seconds seems exaggerated - the Arturia plugins do add and report some latency (in total 15.8 ms) which might be noticeable depending on your buffer settings.
For me it’s perfectly OK at 48 kHz/64 samples for this specific sound, but with a setting of 44 kHz/1024 samples, for example, it might be too much.
Feel free to replace some plugins with low-latency ones. Don’t be fooled - I’ve noticed there are plugins reporting 0 ms but do add latency nevertheless.
Thanks for the screenshots, that make it pretty clear:
- The MEqualizerLP uses linear phase technology which needs a lot of time to calculate causing the delay. The regular MEqualizer (without LP) doesn’t add latency and is perfectly fine for almost anything expect professional mastering. It’s free, too!
- The other missing plugins aren’t really that important either, especially the delay. As long as you turn it to 100 % wet signal an approximately 50 ms delay (no feedback, no filter) on any delay plugin will do.
- It’s strange that even though you obviously have the 1973 preamp, it’s not recognised as the one used in the signal chain. My plugins are from V Collection 8.
