It’s (at least) an annual release, each one adding a bunch of new presets. The latest version (v5.0.0) was released yesterday (26 Nov).

I must be very tired, because I can only download a demo version, but cannot put anything in the cart to get a license… 
On the Demos & Downloads page scroll down to Valhalla Super Massive. To the right of “Learn More” is the download files.
