Logic Pro 11.1.2

I have seen the tutorials specifically for Logic, read the other forum posts.
There seems to be conflicting instructions on how to record GP Relayer into Logic.
One says to open a bus in Logic with a screenshot of the Mixer window and how to configure it. There is a you tube video that explains in Ableton live but does not reference Logic. And then there are instructions as to opening up 2 audio tracks in Logic with GP Relayer in one track for “Receiving” and another audio track for “Sending” back to GP 5. I have configured in GP5 the GP Relayer blocks with the Audio source connectected to the block that “Sends” and another block that is suppose to “Receive” from Logic that is wired to the Audio Out . I see the activity in the Midi and Audio of the “Send” block of GP 5 but do not see any Activity in the Logic “Receive” block. Really would appreciate any clarification as to the correct steps to take. Here is a screenshot of my wiring in GP 5. and below are screenshots of Logic with the 2 Audio tracks as described in one of the instructions mentioned above. I have pressed record and enabled “Input Monitoring” on the “Receive” track but get no recording confirmation (as in the creation of an audio waveform)
Thank you for your reply.
The purpose is to record a live audio file in Logic from a GP 5 rack space. I will then edit the new audio file in Logic to work with existing Audio Tracks (shown in the Logic screenshot).
Part of the instructions say to set up a “Send” in Logic to go back to the “Receive” in GP 5.
The thread you posted is the one I am referring to in my initial post regarding the instructions that I have tried.
The screenshot you added is what I used as my guide. If you look at my last screenshot of GP5 (at the bottom) I believe my wiring is the same. I think there is a problem on the configuration of the connection on the Logic side, but unsure.
