Using Global Rackspaces to avoid duplicating Local Rackspaces

I am trying to use the Global Rackspace to put all my VSTs and my Korg Triton Sound Module in order to avoid duplicating instances of VSTs and the Korg Triton Sound Module over and over in my Local Rackspaces. I need to be able to route everything sucessfully using my Local Rackspaces through the Global Rackspace block and change patches on my VSTs which is possible with the Arturia Analog Lab and all the VSTs from the Collection V. For the Korg Triton, it is also possible as you know to send program changes.

I know that you sent me a file to be able to change the patches, but it didn’t work because I need to configure also my Korg Triton sound module in addition to the VSTs. I think this will could be done using OSC. Please advise.

I am sending images for you to visualize the issue and recommend a solution please. I love your software and I need to maximize my resources as much as possible. I want to avoid duplicating VSTs in the local rackspaces.

Thank you for your advise in advance.

I guess you also want to avoid duplicating Korg Triton in the Global Rackspace?

For example, I have several instances of Kontakt with different sounds in the Global Rackspace so I can reuse those sounds without duplicating them in local rackspaces.

I guess one issue is whether Korg Triton loads all samples in each instance. If that’s the case, it may well make a lot of sense to use program changes to changes presets within Korg Triton.

Thank you for your response. I am using a hardware Korg Triton Rack. Also, I precisely want to avoid duplicating instances of Analog Lab in the Global Rackspace. Any suggestions?

I only try to avoid duplicating ram based sounds (since they use more memory).

For physically modeled sounds (like V Collection and Arturia Lab), I don’t bother.

Note that Arturia Lab can use more CPU than the same sound from the underlying software synth (e.g., within V Collection).(Of course, I realize V Collection is more expensive).
