Update Error pop up screen

Clicking the “Check Now” button to check for new updates in GP5 I am getting “Update Error” in retrieving update information and it’s asking to make sure the computer is connected to the internet.

Well, it is connected to the internet as I have been on the GP website for testing.

The reason I wanted to check for any new updates is because playing music through GP5, the wiring illuminates from blue to gray even if I drive the signal very loud. I never see green or red displayed, and yes I can normally see any colour (no vision impediment).

Perhaps check the documentation?

Sorry, my bad. I assumed there was no options to select.

I would still like to now about the Error warning mentioned above.
