I’ve seen how you can record a track into Logic Pro using a virtual output such as loopback or blackhole, but it always seems to require changing the input in Logic to either loopback or blackhole which is something I don’t want to do as, in this instance as I’m using Logic to host plugins and eq etc for the rest of the band as we rehearse live, and changing the input snuffs them all out. .
Am I missing something, or am I actually making a feature request?
Yeah, create an aggregate device that has your physical audio interface and blackhole (say)
Also, why are you hosting your plugins in Logic - host them in Gig Performer and route them to logic via blackhole - or even do both (host some in logic, some in GP, depending on your needs)
