Trigger midi clips

Hi:
I’m looking for a way to trigger midi clips and maintain its tempo in sync while pressing a controller key.

For example, I wrote various midi clips in my DAW, save those midi clips in midi files apart. Then trigger them like when we do on the maschine software that we trigger audio clips, but in this case I want to trigger midi clips.

In addition, once the clips are playing, I want to keep its tempo in sync with the song in a live band playing situation.
