Yeah, some plugins have been an issue under Windows. This is something we are actively investigating.
I experience the same thing with Kontakt 6 player. Basically, this is unusable on any screen aside from a huge desktop 32" one.
All is good in version 3 !!! THANKS to the development team. Very useable now on my Surface laptop.
