In my studio I record with a hybrid digital / analog system using a 16-channel analog mixer with 4 stereo auxes and various other ins and outs. I’d like to host my plug ins and GP on a second machine. I have a few hardware rack units that are pretty nice, but I’m keen to try using some audio plugins going through the desk.
Let’s imagine I have 4 x VST3 plugins (for example by UAD and T-Racks) in a parallel rack in Gig Performer, each being fed by a single mono track and returning to the desk after processing on two stereo tracks. For instance: a long delay, a short delay, a phaser and a tremolo. Will GP be able to process them in sync, each locking and modulating to the project tempo?

The plugins can/will sync to the host tempo of GP, meaning whatever tempo is set inside GP–whether that be global BPM, or manual BPM set inside a rackspace, song, or song part.
