Starting to build a solo project using backing tracks and some VST sounds. I want to use the Streaming Audio Player for all my tracks. Right now I have it set up in the Global Rackspace with a handful of songs loaded. Is there a way to use setlist mode to set the order that the backing tracks play in? I want a pretty seamless transition as songs play, but if I’m making a different setlist, I want the file player to follow the new order. I know I can reorder them in the file player itself, but it would be much easier to use maybe a PC message or link a file to each song. Any tips would be helpful. Thanks!
If you never change the order of the songs in the streaming audio player (and just append new ones as you need them), then you can treat the order/index as your unique identifier and use techniques like described here as a way to explicitly link a track file to a particular song.
