  • Is there still no way to pause playback?

  • When creating a loop, is there a way to start the file from the beginning before it spins in the loop?

I need help to loop an audio file consisting of an introduction followed by a repeating part.
The aim is to play the introduction once and then have the rest of the file looping.
I tried this in SAFP and AFP, even with 2 separate files (intro + loop) without success.
I’ve tried everything with no result, but maybe I didn’t think of a simple solution.

At the moment the only solution I’ve found is to play a single file of sufficient length (between 3 and 8 minutes depending on the context) but that means an 80MB file instead of 7MB, although that’s not very important either, as I have enough memory for that.

If you’re using the streaming file player, it doesn’t matter how large is your file, it’s not going to use much RAM. That is the whole point of “streaming”
