Streaming audio file player BPM issue

Fire it up (Joe Cocker)?

Yes, correct

Did you further process that file?
Because this has not a fixed BPM of 113.

I think if you would for example warp it with Ableton Live and export it, then the SAFP could calculate the correct BPM.

Here is th einteresting thing: I created a 100bpm lick track as WAV-File which is detected corrctly by the SAFP. Another fresh created is a 113 bpm click track(“Test113”), but this is considered by the SAFP to be 151 bpm::

Can you upload that Test113 file, so I could doublecheck?

Here it is…

Can you zip It?

Test113.wav.zip (911.9 KB)

OK, I can reproduce.
But I loaded it into Ableton Live.
It detects the correct tempo of 113.
Then I exported it as Audio from Ableton Live, loaded this new file into SAFP and now BPM 113 is shown.

Oh, wow. Thank you very much for the workaround and for your patient help. I’ll try that.
