Stop transport when switching songs?

I’m using the media player to play some intro tracks as well as using the metronome on some songs.The play button is mapped to the play button on my controler.

Coming from cantabile, I’m used that the song transport is stopped when switching a song, but in GP it keeps running. Is there a way to stop when switching a song?

Yes with the new system actions plugin that is possible.
Just map a widget to it and in the variation you can start stop the global play for example.
