I am searching for a stem separation tool.
Most can separate Drums, Bass, Vocals and… the rest.
Is there any software which can separate keys and guitar separately?

I got nice results with the Stem Roller → Vocal remover - #8 by npudar
(to me it is important to have separated guitar, bass, and drums)
I’m using Moises, which has some options for separating individual instruments. It’s not free, but you can try it out. There’s a track length limit in the demo version. If you have a particular song and want to hear how it sounds separated, write to me telling me which song and which parts, and I’ll share the export with you.
Logic does this in the latest version (if you have an M processor).
Guitar works pretty well, keyboards end up either on Piano or Other most of the time.
I use RipX - it is excellent. Used it a few weeks ago to extract the sound effects in Echoes and it worked great (after ripping, I used a low pass filter to remove the guitar screeching part)
Are you using the PRO version?
I’ve used Izotope RX, Studio One, SongMaster Pro, and Stem Roller.
Most of them have various ‘quality’ options and the option to do 4 or 6 stems.
I get the impression many are based on Facebook’s public domain demucs.
Using the latest versions of all of them, I can’t discern much difference from one to another.
I tend to use SongMaster Pro the most because it’s fairly easy to get that one to utilize an Nvidia graphics card to speed up the process. A typical rock song takes about 15 seconds to split (with GPU acceleration) vs. a couple minutes without.
