Stage traxx

I am using stage traxx for my backing tracks on my ipad and I would like GP to control stage traxx for the songs and start/stop. How do I connect gp with stage traxx

I don’t own StageTraxx but a quick look at the manual shows that it supports remote control via MIDI. You can send the appropriate messages from GP to StageTraxx that way. Remote Control - Stage Traxx 3.8

I use StageTraxx as the master and send program changes to GigPerformer to select the matching Song in setlist mode. Works beautifully. I don’t think you can do it the other way around since Stagetraxx doesn’t recieve program changes for songs. Not really an issue for me. I build setlists in StageTraxx and leave GigPerformer in ‘allsongs’ mode. I should add, StageTraxx 4 is in beta and is a huge update.
