Soundtoys VST Plugins Load with MONO Input Only

Some Soundtoys VST plugins load with a single MONO input, even though stereo was selected. (Christian Gebhardt has experienced the same issue on the Windows platform.) However, the AU versions load properly (in stereo). I put in a service call to www.soundtoys.com yesterday…

A number of VSTs (e.g., EchoBoy, Decapitator, Little Plate) are loading with MONO input only, even though the connection is configured as stereo. The AU versions do not exhibit this abnormal behavior; they load properly, with stereo inputs. 
We would prefer to use the VST versions, as usually more parameters are exposed to the host [GP2]. Please fix and update the VST versions. Thank you.</blockquote>

Let’s hope they provide a fix soon…they’re usually good with updates.

We are not sure why some SoundToys plugins start with mono input configuration, but in GP2 you can use the Bus Layout menu and change the channel layout to stereo if you want to.
Once changed - the layout should be saved and reloading it should keep the configuration you want.
