Suddenly, my Nektar LX88+ randomly stops sending midi to GP when the sustain pedal is applied. It’s totally random. It will work properly for a few minutes and then stop. My LX88 is mains powered, so it’s not loss of power.
It’s been working perfectly for months.
How looks the global MIDI monitor when this happens?
Sounds like your sustain pedal wiring might be an issue, either that or the connector in the LX88
in the wiring window the wiring stays lit as though it’s still sending midi, even though it’s silent
It’s a brand new pedal. But it could be the socket I guess
When were you going to tell us that bit? Check the pedal, make sure it’s just sending ON and OFF, and not continuous values
I’m going to try a different keyboard to see if that eliminates it.
Different keyboard. Everything fine. The problem is the LX88. Thanks all
