I’m looking for a plugin that allows me to play chords via a sequencer/arpeggiator, not as individual notes. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You could use any single note sequencer and put Chord Maker on the output to generate the chords.

The free BlueARP arpeggiator allows you to do this, and a lot more. It’s my go to for things like this.
