Running two separate VST hosts?

Question: (and I know there is an obvious answer for this, but for some reason, I cannot think it through). Im considering switching over to GP from MainStage. Until I get fully transitioned over, I want to use both systems, one being the Mac with mainstage, and the other being a Windows PC with gig performer 5. Using the two different systems, is there a way to run them both into a shared hub, or a shared interface with only one output for both to a PA? Or with running both systems do I have to run or use two of everything? I am not even sure I will 100% just use one or the other (I may stick with both)so I am looking for the best option as far as the wiring chain. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

Running TWO (not to) separate , (voice Recognition). Sorry

So you are switching from Mac to PC?
You need to specify more details. For what are you using Mainstage? Can you sample those sounds using the Auto Sampler feature? or find the alternative?

There are some solutions that can route audio over ethernet, but that adds to latency (another possible solution)

I switched from Mainstage to GP 5 and after a short time I no longer wanted to use Mainstage. I have GP5 on my Windows computer and on my MacBook, both are compatible with GP 5. But I would only use my MacBook live, it is absolutely stable.

I see the same discussion has been created on Facebook. → LINK

Interesting post.

Yes I originally put the post on Facebook group however someone said I should put the same post in here as well. I just find mainstage much easier and user-friendly for us non-programming newbies. ;). Unfortunately I am not one of those who can hear a sound or instrument in a song and know what it is to replicate it. So I rely on purchasing premade patches and rackspaces for my cover band stuff. So with that said basically I am looking at having to carry two computers, two controllers two everything so I can do some songs through GP (as I slowly continue to figure it out) and others through mainstage which I already have many bought songs in my arsenal. I know there is a much easier and more streamlined way to do that, however again I’m not a programmer so this does not come easy for me and I am at the point I would rather just buy the song specific cover patches/rackspaces. ;).
