I need to set up a VST synth that receives on the same midi channel as my hardware to re-map the program change number that is being sent to both the hardware (a Korg EX-8000) and Korg Legacy Wavestation VST. I have a “mute” patch assigned in the Wavestation VST program list when it receives PC 14 for example but rather than ending up with a bunch of “mute” type patches so that the VST does not sound at the same time as the hardware for every sound I do not wish the VST to be heard I’d prefer to have the ability to re-map the incoming PC’s to be re-mapped to the one “mute” patch I have set up. So I’m wondering if there is a dedicated midi program change re-mapping hidden somewhere within GP that I could insert?
