Xmas has been hectic preparing for this years tour… starts on 1st of feb so there’s tonnes to prepare still and very little time.

OK. This happened to me at first. It was due to the following. I bought it on Amazon as a returned item. So, what had happened was that the first “owner” registered it in his/her account and I had to get in touch with Presonus to disable that registry. I don’t know if this may be your case… Get in touch with Presonus if you’re having trouble registering it… They are quite nifty getting back… Not as much as this Community but they’re quite responsive.
I seem to remember you DO need to register the product to be able to download the “UNIVERSAL CONTROL” software/driver that offers you the FADER VIEW you refer to as “digital mixer”.
I’ve uploaded the DMG file to me Drive. (assuming you are a Mac user)
