Plugin to adjust volume per note pitch?

On one of my VSTs, the volume drops off a little in the lower register.
If I turn up the bass to compensate it adjust the timbre along with the volume.

What I want is a plugin that lets you increase just the volume of lower notes.
Ideally I’d want to specify a frequency curve indicating which notes to increase/decrease volume, and by how much.

I think I can implement a crude version of this in GPScript, but I thought I’d ask here first.

You should be able to accomplish this with BlueCat Triple EQ. It’s free.

TDR Nova is also a very useful EQ, and it has a free version.

Thanks, but both of those process audio signals.
I’m talking about something that processes MIDI signals.
I realize now that my original post did not make that explicit.

What is your VST? If it is a sound generating plugin, then try @edm11 's advice.

In that case, you can create ranges with different MIDI IN blocks, adjust the velocity of those ranges, and connect them all to your plugin.

Good idea, I’ll try that.

This is for a Scarbee Classic EP-88s.
I love the sound, but I just find I have to focus on hitting the lower register harder to get a volume that works with the mid and upper registers.

It might be easier to work in reverse—create a range for the mid and upper register and lower the velocity.
