I’d like to be able to send the equivalent of Panic to a specific destination (plugin). In this case the idea is not to send all those messages everywhere.
What would be a good way to do that?
And if the only answer is “script”, does anybody already have a script for this?

One way is to create widgets mapped to CC 64, 120, 121, and 123 of a particular MIDI In Block, and linking them so that one press activates them all. That covers All notes off, All sound off, All controllers off, and Pedal off.
How do you identify while playing which of your plugin need a panic message?
Well, I suppose the new wiring view would be showing activity from a particular plugin
Consider using ChatGPT for this kind of thing - it actually does a very good job. Even when it’s not perfect, one can tweak the results to fix issues
