Anyone know how to octave a piano in Giant or NI, it’s not like Omnisphere with octave settings , u have to tune it up which sounds crappy
Press button “Instrument Options”
In the next window “Instrument” => Midi Transpose
The user manual is your friend 
So I would need two instances , I guess, one reg , another octave up , ?
In a Kontakt Multi this setting is for each instrument.
So only 1 instance of Kontakt is needed.
Best you try yourself.
Pp, what I’m doing isn’t transposing , instead of playing octaves in my right hand for a piano line, I want to play 1 note, so one piano at 0, and 1 piano at +12,
( octaving piano)
just use 2 Midi In Plugins and route it to the same Kontakt Plugin.
Then transpose 1 Midi in Plugin by +12.
