This GForce plugin is probably the finest virtual synth I’ve played. It’s incredible.
But I cannot for the life of me work out how to use the sequencer. I’ve watched the tutorial, but to no avail.
All I want to do is play a chord in real time and hear that arpeggiated. But no matter what I try, I can only get a preset sequence to start by pressing the Sequencer On button, or by pressing Play in GP and choosing DAW sync.
Surely it can be triggered for live performance purposes?!
Hmm, I just took a look myself — it seems that one needs to set NOTE INPUT to AUTO and KBD TRANSPOSE to HOLD but it doesn’t seem to let you do both of those at the same time.
You should reach out to their support.

I use BlueARP for this. You learn once how it works and you use it with any synth plugin.
Did you take a look at that?
Yes, but the problem, as far as I can tell, is that you can’t get a chord sequence to STOP when you release the keys.

I raised a ticket with GForce who confirmed that the OB-E sequencer is not an arpeggiator. They provided some excellent workarounds, but to cut a long story short, BlueARP triggering OB-E is the way to go for ‘live performance’, as per David-san’s comment.
