I found this yesterday on my search for a tremolo that allows relatively fast rates (i wanted to simulate a fluttering effect on a flute sound, which worked quite well actually):

SolliderSound S Pulser and Pecheneg Tremolo are also good free tremolo options. But I use SoundToys Tremolator, I think it’s the most versatile one. You can check here for more info.
