So, I’m coming over from Mainstage. Is there any way to pull any patches you’ve made in Mainstage to GP4? These would be Mainstage native sounds, not from a 3rd party plugin (like Keyscape).

You cannot use Mainstage native plugins in Gig Performer or any other DAW except Logic or Garage Band.
Yeah, I thought that might be the answer. I assume the same is true of Arturia Analog Lab ?

All Arturia plugins should work just fine in GP.
I am using all Analog Lab plugins native in GP, works fine.
There is a work-around that may be helpful. See this blog article
