We’ve bitten the bullet and implemented a proper ticket support system. While direct emails were fine in the early days, as GP becomes more well known we recognized that we needed a more formal support system to prevent customer support requests from getting lost. Once you’re logged in, you can see your existing support requests if any and you can create new tickets to get help. Although you have to use the ticket system to create your initial request, you can use your regular email system for all followup.
