Round Trip latency at 128 buffersize ist at around 10ms, what ist complete acceptable for me to play and sing.

Are you using one of those hand-held turn-the-dial-to-your-letter and squeeze the handle label makers that create the raised lettering on semi-rigid label tape?
This is pretty cool! Since you’re using this for processing both guitar and vocals. I have a suggestion for adding one more plugin to spice things up. You can use a vocoder as a means to create talkbox effects. Simply route the end of the guitar signal chain into the vocoder as the carrier and route your vocals to the vocoder as the modulator. I’ve done this several times in the past for songs that would benefit from it. You should see some of the looks I’ve gotten from people when I’ve used this approach for the opening of “Sweet Emotion” by Aerosmith. They keep looking for the tube…
