Announcement from Cherry Audio, new synth:
I liked the Elka-X Synth from Cherry Audio, but unfortunately the cpu load is too high.
I love every cherry audio synth.
On my M1 Mac I have no problems.
This will probably be a CS 80 clone.
I already own Arturia version and I am not using it, but I will buy it anyway.
They are too smart with their price policy.

In my rackspace with Hammond B-3X the cpu load of Elka-X is high, between 32% and 48%. Okay, I have no cracking and popping (MacBook Pro M1 Max, 64 GB), but I used normal oversampling. With “4” highest oversampling, I had 62% to 75% cpu load and cracking.
