Hey guys, I have a question about the T6. I have always used 2 layers to have a piano on layer 1(midi ch 1) and my strings on layer 2(midi ch 2). My volume pedal is programmed to control layer 2. I just got the Nektar T6 today. Everything else works great with GP but I can’t find any documentation on how to set up the keyboard to do this. The M audio Axiom 61 was great at this. Anybody know to set this up?
Well, I couldn’t make it work so I sent it back to Sweetwater. I didnt like having to use Nektarine to make the controller work and couldn’t figure it out.

Sad, but not surprised. A long time ago, I had a Nektar P6. Loved the key feel. The controllers weren’t bad, but: a) the motorized fader never worked and the transport controls never worked in Studio One. I identified the bug is the sysex file that had to be downloaded to the P6 BY LINE NUMBER, documented the bug and the steps to reproduce and sent that info to Nektar’s tech support. All I got back was: “it works here”. When the color display failed, I landfilled it and bought an NI S61 Mk 2, which I recently replaced with a Mk 3, primarily for its polyphonic aftertouch capability.
