Mixing & Audio Player via Stage Traxx 3

Hi guys,
I am wondering if this is possible as a solo guitarist using GP4. I have a Scarlett 2i2 Audio Interface (2 ins and 2 outs) and on my Macbook Pro I have the Stage Traxx 3 app (ST3) which plays all my backing tracks mp3s and wav files. Could I route ST3 into GP4 to add a stereo L/R mixing fader(s) as well as my guitar plugins on their own fader? and possibly a vocal plugin and processing fader? As a newbie I currently am curious even if this is possible. I don’t know where to start to get the ST3 audio into GP4 to control levels.

Yeah, install the free black hole driver for the Mac and create an aggregate audio device. Then you will be able to send audio from your other app into black hole and receive that audio in GP

Now I’m stuck at the first hurdle. I cannot seem to find the connection in GP4, presumably in global. I’ve created an aggregate device as the BlackHole 2ch. Do I need to check any other boxes?

How looks your Audio settings in GP4?

Aha, I’ve sorted it. Needed to add the Black Hole to Output on the Mac and I checked the Scarlett on the aggregate device :slight_smile:
